Got questions about the fest, the pass or how to get to Africa Coffee Park? Start here.

Your pass covers core festival programming including the Inspire Africa Barista Championship period, selected Convention & Expo access, and the Day Ten Coffee Concert according to pass tier. The Coffee Marathon (10 Oct), G-25 summit sessions, gala add-ons and some premium experiences may be separately ticketed — final inclusions will be confirmed at purchase.

Registration for the Coffee Marathon on 10 October 2026 opens in 2026. Check back for distances, pricing, and shuttle options from Kampala. Partner announcements — including marathon ambassadors — will be shared on official channels.

Coffee adoption and farm expedition packages are highlighted on 8–9 October with the Convention & Expo. Adopt a tree, join field visits with farmers, and follow official channels for cooperative partners and GPS reporting where available.

Official partner hotels in Kampala run hourly shuttle services. On-site, the Coffee Park Glamping Village offers 800 furnished tents within walking distance of the main stage — book early, it sold out by July last year.
